Take careful heed to yourselves, for you saw no form when the Lord spoke to you at Horeb ( neither did Moses) out of the midst of fire ( Deuteronomy 4:15)
Lest you act corruptly and make for yourselves a craved image in the form of any figure: the likeness of male or female (vs 16)
This is a great warning to us that calls ourselves Christians, lovers of Christ and God’s miraculous works through us in Christ Jesus.
Have you ever asked what image Of ‘man’ you worship in your home?
What is the name that you really call when praying?
Who are you really praying to?
Is it God through Jesus Christ in your heart or the man or Woman you have idolised in your heart?
What graven images do you bow to?
Take heed lest you lift your eyes to heaven and when you see the sun, moon and the stars, all the host of heaven, you feel driven to worship and serve them which the Lord has given to all as a heritage (vs 19)
WHO ARE YOU WORSHIPPING AND BOWING DOWN TO?
Take heed lest ye fall!!!
Our Lord God Almighty is a consuming FIRE, a jealous God
